The machine was shipped to the wrong address, which cost me three days of calling FedEx just to have it redirected to my location. Once it finally arrived, it was already malfunctioning. The ink pump cable was disconnected, and there was red ink visible on the outside of the machine — a clear sign that something was wrong.
I’ve invested over 11 hours trying to set it up, transferring and reconnecting components, but it still does not function properly. White ink is not coming out, and every day there’s a new issue.
To make matters worse, customer support is lacking. There’s no clear help, no effective troubleshooting, and no real solution provided.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this product.
